In Rambo: Last Blood, John Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) has retired to a life of solitude on his family ranch in Arizona. However, when his niece Gabrielle (Yvette Monreal) travels to Mexico to find her estranged father, she is kidnapped by a cartel involved in sex trafficking.
After Gabrielle's mother (Adriana Barraza) reaches out to Rambo for help, he crosses the border into Mexico and sets out to rescue Gabrielle and take down the cartel responsible for her abduction.
Through a series of intense action sequences, Rambo battles his way through the cartel's stronghold to free Gabrielle and take revenge on the members who wronged her. The film ends with a brutal final showdown between Rambo and the cartel's leader, which ultimately sets the stage for a potential sequel.
