In Ralph Breaks the Internet, the lovable video game characters Ralph and Vanellope are faced with a crisis when Vanellope's game, Sugar Rush, breaks down. Yesss helps Ralph and Vanellope navigate the internet and teaches them about the importance of likes, trends, and virality. They also encounter a variety of other netizens, including a group of tough street racers and a viral video sensation named Shank.
As they navigate the internet, Ralph and Vanellope face a number of challenges and obstacles, from pop-up ads to malicious virus programs. They also discover that the internet has its own set of rules and customs, and that being a "good netizen" is just as important as being a good friend.
