Queenpins is a comedy film directed by Aron Gaudet and Gita Pullapilly. The movie is loosely based on a true story, where a group of women in Arizona were arrested for running a massive counterfeit coupon scheme that defrauded companies of millions of dollars. The film stars Kristin Bell as Connie Kaminski, a suburban homemaker who is bored with her mundane life and finds excitement in couponing. Connie teams up with her best friend JoJo, played by Kirby Howell-Baptiste, who is a wannabe YouTube celebrity, to start a counterfeit coupon ring.

The duo steal coupons from the recycling bin and use their computer skills to make fake coupons, which they then sell in bulk to other coupon enthusiasts. They soon become the queens of the coupon world, making millions of dollars and living the high life they had always dreamed of. However, their scheme attracts the attention of a loss prevention officer, played by Paul Walter Hauser, and a U.S. postal inspector, played by Vince Vaughn, who team up to bring them down.

As the Queenpins continue to swindle corporations, they also become a symbol of female empowerment for millions of women across the country who are tired of being undervalued and underestimated. Despite the illegal nature of their business, the women are able to attain their goals and become heroes to many. The film also touches on themes of friendship, loyalty, and the desire to break free from societal norms.
