In Queen of Blood, a spaceship from Earth is sent to investigate a distress signal coming from Mars. When they arrive, they find a crashed alien vessel and one survivor, a mysterious and alluring woman named Nadir (Florence Marly). Nadir is the last survivor of her race and has been left stranded on Mars.
The crew takes Nadir aboard their ship and begins the journey back to Earth. However, as they travel deeper into space, strange things begin to happen. One of the crew members is found dead, drained of all his blood, and the others soon realize that they have a bloodsucking monster on board.
Despite the danger, Nadir seems to be the only one who can communicate with the creature. She reveals that the monster is the last surviving member of her race and needs a constant supply of blood to survive. The crew is torn between their duty to protect Earth and their growing empathy for the creature and Nadir's race.
As tensions rise and the body count grows, the crew must make a decision: do they sacrifice the creature to save humanity, or risk everything to save a dying race and their queen?
