Milo's Last Stand: From Heroine to Ecstasy

The movie begins with Milo, played by Zlatko Buric, waking up in his luxurious apartment in Copenhagen and immediately snorting some cocaine. He then sets about making preparations for his daughter's birthday party, where he plans to invite all of his criminal associates.
Milo is also awaiting the arrival of a large shipment of heroin that he plans to sell at the party to his various clients. However, when the delivery arrives, he is shocked to discover that it is actually 10,000 pills of ecstasy. He initially tries to sell the pills anyway, but soon realizes that they are worthless to his usual customers.
As Milo tries to figure out what to do with the unwanted pills, he becomes increasingly paranoid and delusional, seeing visions of his dead father and struggling to keep up appearances in front of his daughter and guests at the party.
Things take a turn for the worse when an angry customer comes looking for the heroin he was promised and threatens to kill Milo if he doesn't deliver. In desperation, Milo turns to his ex-henchman and old friend Radovan, played by Slavko Labovic, for help.
Radovan is now a born-again Christian and has left his life of crime behind, but he agrees to help Milo out of loyalty and a desire to protect his former boss's daughter. Together, they come up with a risky plan to sell the pills to a group of club kids in order to recoup Milo's losses.
As the night wears on, Milo's world starts to unravel completely as he realizes the true cost of his criminal empire and the toll it has taken on his life and relationships.
