Puppet Master 5: The Final Chapter begins with the puppet master, Andre Toulon, passing away and leaving his legacy to his protégé, Rick. However, Rick soon finds himself targeted by a powerful demon God named Sutekh, who wants to use Rick's power to unlock the Secret of Life.
With the help of his puppets, Rick must fend off Sutekh's attacks and protect himself from the demons that he sends after him. Meanwhile, the puppets also encounter a group of humans who are hunting them down, led by a woman named Dr. Leslie Piper.
As the battle intensifies, Rick uncovers the truth about his connection to Toulon and his role in the Secret of Life, leading to a final showdown between the puppets and Sutekh. In the end, the fate of the world rests on the outcome of the battle, as the puppets fight to stop Sutekh from unleashing an unimaginable evil on the world.
