Amber, a young woman living in a small town, is desperate to leave and start a new life in the big city. She convinces her friends to come with her, and they set out on a road trip to find an apartment.
Unfortunately, their car breaks down and they are stranded on the side of the road. A friendly truck driver offers them a ride in the back of his semi, and they gratefully accept.
As they travel along the highway, the friends become uneasy when they realize that the truck is carrying hundreds of cartons of blood. When they ask the driver to stop, he refuses, and things quickly spiral out of control.
The truck takes them to an abandoned warehouse, where they are attacked by bloodthirsty creatures. It soon becomes clear that the creatures have been trained to hunt human prey, and the friends realize that they are in mortal danger.
As they try to escape the warehouse, the friends are forced to fight for their lives against the brutal creatures. With no help in sight and the odds stacked against them, they must find a way to survive the night and make it out alive.
