As the gang war in Chinatown heats up, the aging Triad kingpin, Wong, finds himself targeted by rival gangs seeking to take control of the lucrative criminal underworld. Recognizing the danger he is in, Wong hires three skilled bodyguards—former Marine, James; expert marksman, Lily; and streetwise brawler, Eddie—to keep him safe.
At first, the trio of bodyguards struggle to work together, each with their own agendas and reasons for taking the job. But as they spend more time protecting Wong and fighting off attacks, they slowly begin to trust and rely on each other.
As the war escalates, the bodyguards must use all their skills and resources to keep Wong alive. They face relentless attacks from both rival gangs and corrupt law enforcement officials who have been paid off to look the other way.
With tension and danger mounting, James, Lily, and Eddie must stay one step ahead of their enemies, outsmarting and out-fighting them at every turn. But when a betrayal from within threatens to destroy their partnership and leave Wong vulnerable, the bodyguards must decide where their loyalties lie and what sacrifices they are willing to make to protect their charge.
