Project X is a 2012 American comedy film directed by Nima Nourizadeh and written by Michael Bacall and Matt Drake. The movie stars newcomers Thomas Mann, Oliver Cooper, and Jonathan Daniel Brown as three high school seniors who plan to throw a party to become popular and to make a name for themselves. The movie was produced by Todd Phillips, who is best known for his work on The Hangover trilogy.

The movie follows the story of Thomas, Costa, and J.B. as they plan the biggest party that their neighborhood has ever seen. They believe that the party will be the key to their success, and they are determined to make it happen. As the night progresses, they invite more and more people to the party, and things quickly spiral out of control as word of the party spreads.

The party gets out of hand when hundreds of people show up, and the house is soon filled with drugs, alcohol, and teenage debauchery. The partygoers destroy the house, setting fire to the lawn and jumping off the roof into the pool. Meanwhile, Thomas becomes increasingly worried about the damage being done to his family's property, but is powerless to stop the madness.

As the night wears on, things get even crazier, and the police are called to the scene. The partygoers refuse to leave, and a full-scale riot ensues, with cars being overturned and buildings set on fire. The police eventually manage to disperse the crowd, but not before the house is destroyed and lives are put at risk.

In the end, Thomas and his friends are left to face the consequences of their actions, but they are also hailed as heroes by their peers for throwing the party of the century. Project X is a wild and crazy ride that will have you laughing, cringing, and shaking your head in disbelief. It's a movie that is not to be missed!
