In the midst of the chaos and confusion on the Airport Bridge, a team of military personnel is dispatched to contain the situation and secure the escaped canine subjects from "Project Silence." As they struggle to navigate the treacherous conditions and rescue survivors, they discover that the dogs have been genetically engineered to possess heightened intelligence, strength, and aggression.
As the military team confronts the unleashed canines, they realize that the creatures have been trained to eliminate all witnesses and erase any evidence of the covert experiment. The soldiers must battle both the deadly weather conditions and the relentless attacks from the enhanced canines as they attempt to protect the remaining survivors and prevent further destruction on the bridge.
