Project Power follows the three main characters – Art, a former soldier turned dealer of the superpower-granting pill; Robin, a teenage girl looking for her missing mother; and Frank, a cop trying to take down the suppliers of the pill.
As they delve deeper into the dangerous world of the pill, they discover that it is being distributed by a secretive organization led by a powerful and ruthless man named Gardner. The pill is made from a chemical that causes the user to develop a random superpower for five minutes, but also has deadly side effects.
As the trio races against time to unravel the mystery behind the pill and stop Gardner, they encounter various users who have been affected by the drug, some using their powers for good and others for criminal purposes. Along the way, they also face betrayals, twists, and obstacles that put their lives in danger.
Ultimately, the three must come together to confront Gardner and his organization, putting everything on the line to stop the dangerous drug from destroying more lives. In the end, they must decide what they are willing to sacrifice in order to protect the city and its inhabitants from the deadly consequences of Project Power.
