Pro Wrestlers vs Zombies is a horror/comedy movie that features a cast of professional wrestlers, including Roddy Piper, Kurt Angle, and Matt Hardy, as well as horror icon, Sid Haig.
The film opens with a brutal wrestling match between Shane Douglas (played by himself) and a wrestler known as The Russian (played by Kurt Angle). During the match, Shane accidentally kills The Russian, sending his brother Angus (played by Michael Hutter) on a mission of revenge.
Angus turns to a mysterious woman, Queen Maya (played by Brooke Lewis), who teaches him the dark arts of voodoo magic. With her help, Angus gains the power to raise the dead and creates an army of zombies that he plans to use to destroy Shane and anyone who stands in his way.
In order to lure Shane and his friend, Roddy Piper (also playing himself), into his trap, Angus pays for a private wrestling show at an abandoned prison. However, things quickly spiral out of control when the zombies rise from their graves and begin attacking the wrestlers and audience members.
As Shane, Roddy, and the other wrestlers fight for their lives against the zombie horde, Angus watches from the sidelines, plotting his ultimate revenge against Shane.
With plenty of over-the-top action and tongue-in-cheek humor, Pro Wrestlers vs Zombies is a fun and entertaining movie for fans of both horror and professional wrestling.
