In "Pride and Prejudice: Atlanta," the Bennet family is a well-known and respected family in the southern Baptist community. Mrs. Bennet has written a popular self-help book on finding the perfect husband and is determined to see all of her daughters married off to wealthy and respectable men.
Lizzie is the second eldest daughter and is determined to make her own way in the world. She is a successful event planner and is not interested in settling down with just any man. However, when the handsome and wealthy Will Darcy comes to town, Lizzie is forced to confront her own prejudices and rethink her feelings towards love and marriage.
Meanwhile, Jane, the eldest Bennet daughter, is sweet and kind-hearted but has been unlucky in love. She is pursued by the charming but untrustworthy Mr. Wickham (Deborah Ayorinde, "Luke Cage"), but is hesitant to get too involved with him.
