The stoner, Harper, and the high-achiever, Madison, are both employees at a New York City advertising agency. Harper's marijuana use regularly causes her to show up late and forget important deadlines, while Madison is a workaholic who is constantly stressed and looking for ways to climb the corporate ladder.
When Harper accidentally throws away a bag containing $20,000 worth of marijuana that belongs to a dangerous drug queenpin named Marisol, she and Madison find themselves in serious trouble. Marisol and her henchwomen, who are known for their violent tactics, come looking for the missing drugs and Harper and Madison must go on the run.
Despite their vastly different personalities and priorities, the two women must work together to evade Marisol's wrath. Along the way, they encounter a colorful cast of characters including a weed deliveryman, a drag queen, and an undercover cop.
