Predators is a science-fiction action movie that was released in 2010. The film is directed by Nimród Antal and produced by Robert Rodriguez. The movie is a sequel to the Predator franchise and takes place after the events of the original 1987 movie.
The movie stars Adrien Brody as Royce, a skilled mercenary who is captured and brought to an alien planet along with other deadly warriors. The group includes Edwin (Topher Grace), a doctor with secrets; Isabelle (Alice Braga), a sniper and former Israeli Defense Forces member; Stans (Walton Goggins), a death row inmate; Hanzo (Louis Ozawa Changchien), a Yakuza enforcer; Mombasa (Mahershala Ali), a Sierra Leonean soldier and Nikolai (Oleg Taktarov), a Russian Spetsnaz soldier.
Upon arriving on the alien planet, the group realizes they have been brought there as prey for a group of Predators that hunt and kill for sport. Royce leads the group as they try to survive and find a way off the planet. They soon discover that they are not the only group of prey the Predators have brought to their hunting grounds and that there is a bigger, more dangerous game being played.
As they band together to fight the Predators, the group also faces their inner demons and learns to trust each other. The movie is full of action-packed fight scenes and suspenseful moments as the group fights to stay alive and escape the planet.
In the end, Royce and the few survivors manage to defeat the Predators and escape the planet. The movie ends with Royce activating a homing signal, hoping to attract more predators in the hopes of defeating them.
