Griffin is a young and talented rollerblader who lives in a dystopian version of Los Angeles, where the economy has crumbled, leaving many people without jobs and hope. In this grim reality, a group of rollerblading street gang called the "Rollerboys" has emerged, offering protection and a sense of community to those who join their ranks.
