Posse is a Western action movie directed by and starring Mario Van Peebles. The film follows the story of Jesse Lee (Van Peebles), a tough marshal with political ambitions who leads an elite posse to capture a notorious train robber named Jessie Lee Townsend (Stephen Baldwin) and his gang.
Jesse is a Civil War veteran who fought for the Union Army, and he is determined to prove his loyalty and bravery by capturing Jessie.
