Point Blank is a 2019 action thriller film directed by Joe Lynch and starring Anthony Mackie and Frank Grillo. The movie revolves around a nurse named Paul (Mackie) who springs a wounded murder suspect named Abe (Grillo) from the hospital where he is recovering from gunshot wounds.
Paul is forced to take Abe on the run when the latter's brother kidnaps Paul's pregnant wife in a bid to exchange her for his brother. The two unlikely allies race through the streets of Los Angeles, trying to evade the police as well as the vicious gang members who are after them.
As Paul and Abe try to unravel the conspiracy that led to Abe's situation, they are forced to confront their own flaws and work together to clear their names and protect their loved ones.
With plenty of high-octane action sequences, heart-pumping chases, and unexpected twists, Point Blank is an adrenaline-fueled ride that keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.
