Pocketman and Cargoboy is a sci-fi comedy movie that follows the story of two high school students, Pocketman and Cargoboy, who accidentally discover that they are secret agents working for a top-secret government agency called the Agency of Peace and Intelligence (API). Their mission is to travel back in time and stop an evil doctor, Dr. Jacobson, from creating a virus that will wipe out all life in the future.
Using a time-traveling device created by the API, Pocketman and Cargoboy travel back to the year 1999 and enroll in high school to get close to Dr. Jacobson. Along the way, they make new friends and enemies, including a time-traveling robot called Roderick, a classmate named Rachel who helps them in their mission, and a bully named Tony who is also after the time-traveling device.
As they get closer to Dr. Jacobson, Pocketman and Cargoboy discover his true motive for creating the virus, which involves a personal vendetta against the API. They must use their skills and gadgets to stop Dr. Jacobson and his henchmen, and save the future from certain doom.
The movie is filled with humor, action, and a sense of nostalgia, as it pays homage to the pop culture of the 90s. It also explores themes of friendship, acceptance, and the importance of teamwork.
