Pine State Phantoms is a documentary-style film that follows paranormal investigator Nate Brislin as he investigates reports of strange occurrences at a house in Sabattus, Maine. The film introduces the audience to the history of the town and the house in question, which is said to be haunted by shadowy figures, orbs of light, and unexplained noises.
As Nate begins his investigation, he speaks to the owner of the house and other eyewitnesses to try and learn more about the strange activity. He sets up cameras and recording equipment throughout the house to capture any evidence of paranormal activity.
As the investigation progresses, Nate and his team experience weird occurrences, including equipment malfunctions and mysterious noises. They begin to piece together the history of the house and its former inhabitants, which leads them to some unsettling discoveries.
The film uses a mix of interviews, first-person accounts, and footage of the investigation to build a compelling case for the existence of ghosts in Sabattus. While some of the sightings and noises could be explained away, others are more difficult to dismiss.
Ultimately, Pine State Phantoms asks viewers to consider the possibility that the house in Sabattus may be haunted, and that there might be something unexplainable lurking in the woods of Maine.
