The five patients at the government testing facility are each afflicted with a different phobia: Emma (Halsey) has a fear of blood, Cole (Leonardo Nam) has a fear of drowning, Johnny (Benjamin Stockham) has a fear of heights, June (Lauren Miller Rogen) has a fear of large objects, and Alex (Macy Gray) has a fear of being trapped.
Under the supervision of Dr. Franklin (Ross Partridge), the patients are subjected to increasingly intense stimuli designed to trigger their phobias. As the experiments become more dangerous, the patients begin to experience hallucinations and flashbacks, and it becomes clear that the doctor is pursuing a sinister agenda.
As the patients struggle to hold on to their sanity, they must also confront their deepest fears and find a way to escape the facility before it's too late. But with their phobias amplified to an unbearable level, can they survive the horrors that await them?
