Gabriel is a struggling young man who lives in Los Angeles and works as a gigolo on Skid Row to make ends meet and send money to his mother back home. Despite his difficult circumstances, Gabriel remains optimistic and determined to succeed.
One day, Gabriel is hired by Martha, an elderly woman and renowned author who is struggling with writer's block. Martha is initially hesitant to spend time with Gabriel, but the two quickly form an unlikely friendship as they explore the city and discuss their shared love of literature and art.
Over time, Gabriel becomes a constant presence in Martha's life, helping her to overcome her writer's block and regain her creative spark. Despite the differences in their ages and backgrounds, Gabriel and Martha find that they have more in common than they ever imagined.
As their friendship deepens, however, Gabriel's past on Skid Row comes back to haunt him, threatening to destroy everything he has worked for and the new bond he has formed with Martha. With their worlds colliding, Gabriel and Martha must find a way to reconcile their differences and overcome the obstacles in their path.
