The seven friends, all of whom are middle-aged couples, gather at the home of one of them, Rocco, and his wife, Eva. The other couples consist of Lele and Carlotta, Bianca and Cosimo, and Peppe and his new girlfriend, Giovanna.
During dinner, Rocco shares a story about how a friend of his caught his wife cheating by examining her phone records. This prompts the group to play a game in which they must all put their phones on the table, and every message, phone call, or notification they receive must be shared with the group.
At first, the game seems harmless and everyone willingly participates, including Cosimo who is a bit of a ladies' man. However, as the evening progresses, tensions begin to rise as secrets and lies are revealed, testing the trust and loyalty within the relationships of the group.
