Paranoia is a 2013 thriller film directed by Robert Luketic and starring Liam Hemsworth, Gary Oldman, and Harrison Ford. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Joseph Finder.
Adam Cassidy (played by Hemsworth) is a young and ambitious employee at a powerful technology corporation. He, along with his friends, spends his time partying and living a lavish lifestyle while lacking motivation at work. However, after a risky decision, Adam finds himself in a situation where he must agree to work as a corporate spy for his boss, Nicholas Wyatt (Oldman).
Adam is assigned to steal advanced technology secrets from Wyatt's former mentor, Jock Goddard (Ford). Adam agrees to this job and uses his position to gain access to Goddard's computer and files. However, the further he delves into Goddard's world, the more Adam realizes that he has been manipulated by Wyatt and is now in grave danger.
Adam must navigate through the dangerous world of corporate espionage and lies to not only protect himself but also those he cares about. The film is filled with twists and turns that keep audiences guessing until the very end.
