Ryan Swan is a former Navy SEAL turned bounty hunter who has been on the hunt for the notorious Hawaiian crime boss, Walter Wong, for years. When Ryan's father is brutally murdered by Wong as retaliation for Ryan getting too close to his operations, Ryan is forced to take matters into his own hands.
