"Parable" follows the story of Sarah, a teenage girl struggling with her sexual orientation, who is forced into attending a gay conversion therapy camp by her conservative parents. The camp is run by a sinister and charismatic self-styled holy man named Reverend Samuel, who believes he can "cure" individuals of their same-sex attractions.
