Papadopoulos & Sons is a British comedy-drama film written and directed by Marcus Markou. The story revolves around a wealthy self-made millionaire named Harry Papadopoulos, who is forced to confront the reality of his success crashing down when the banking crisis takes everything he has.

To rebuild his life, Harry is forced to return to the family business he had left behind long ago – a rundown, traditional fish and chip shop in London, which he had run with his estranged freewheeling brother, Spiros.

Harry's teenage son, James, is also struggling with the events unfolding in his life, as he faces pressure over his future, his family and his friends. However, as they re-open the chip shop, they slowly begin to reconnect not only with each other, but also with the wider community around them.

The film explores themes of family, identity, and the impact of cultural expectations on individuals, as it tells a heartwarming story about the power of forgiveness, love and second chances. The cast includes Stephen Dillane, Georges Corraface and Frank Dillane, among others.

Papadopoulos & Sons premiered at the London Greek Film Festival in 2012 and was released in the UK in 2013. The film received generally positive reviews, with critics praising its warmth, humor and heartfelt performances.
