Angela is an ambitious executive who has to work late on Christmas Eve to finish a project. As she prepares to leave the parking garage, she realizes she forgot her phone upstairs and heads back to her office to retrieve it. When she returns to the garage, she finds her car won't start and the garage is closing.
Thomas, the security guard, offers to help Angela jump-start her car, but as she waits for it to start, he reveals his disturbing obsession with her and his plans to keep her captive. Angela is trapped in the parking garage with Thomas and has to fight for her survival as she navigates through various obstacles including locked doors, a vicious dog, and other dangerous situations.
As she tries to escape, Angela realizes that she has to rely on her wit, strength, and determination to outsmart Thomas and make it out alive. With no outside help coming, she must use her resourcefulness to try to save herself before it's too late.
