Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren is a Tamil comedy-drama film directed by Arumuga Kumar and features actors Vijay Sethupathi and Gayathrie Shankar in lead roles. The film revolves around a tribal leader named Yaman who has sworn to marry a girl named Soumya. Soumya, however, is in love with a college student named Yogi who is quite bumbling in nature.
Yaman decides to come to the city to kidnap Soumya and forces her to marry him. Yogi, who is unaware of Soumya's situation, tries to impress her and win her over. When Yogi realizes the gravity of the situation, he tries to protect Soumya from Yaman's wrath. In the process, they go on an adventure to save Soumya's life and escape from Yaman's clutches.
Apart from the lead actors, the film also stars Niharika Konidela, who makes her Tamil debut with this film, and Ramesh Thilak in supporting roles. The film's music is composed by Justin Prabhakaran, and the cinematography is handled by Sree Saravanan. Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren was released in February 2018 and received mixed reviews from critics and audiences.
