Orphan: First Kill is a prequel to the 2009 horror film "Orphan." The story focuses on the character of Leena Klammer, who is introduced as a young girl living in an Estonian orphanage in the year 1994. Leena is revealed to be a sociopath with a disturbing interest in dolls and the ability to deceive and manipulate those around her.
After a violent incident at the orphanage, Leena escapes and embarks on a journey to America by impersonating Esther, the missing daughter of a wealthy family. Leena's plan is to infiltrate the family and gain their trust in order to exact her revenge on those who have wronged her in the past.
Leena's plan becomes complicated when she discovers that the family is far from perfect and harbors their own dark secrets. As she begins to manipulate and terrorize the family, the mother, played by Julia Stiles, becomes increasingly suspicious of her behavior.
The film is directed by William Brent Bell and stars Isabelle Fuhrman, who reprised her role as Leena Klammer. The movie promises to be a thrilling ride full of twists, turns, and shocking moments as Leena's true intentions are revealed, and the family fights to survive against the murderous child in their midst.
