Joe Young, played by Trey Parker, is a clean-cut and devout Mormon who is trying to save up enough money to marry his girlfriend Lisa back in Utah. One day, he is approached by a movie director named Maxxx Orbison, played by Michael Dean Jacobs, who mistakenly believes that Joe is a porn star. When Joe protests and tries to explain that he is a devout Mormon, Maxxx is impressed by Joe's martial arts skills and offers him a job as the lead actor in his latest pornographic film, Orgazmo.
With his girlfriend's blessing, Joe reluctantly takes the job, thinking that it's just a temporary way to make some quick cash before he can return to Utah. But as he gets deeper into the world of porn, he finds himself becoming increasingly conflicted about his values and beliefs. Meanwhile, Maxxx's arch-nemesis, a sleazy drug dealer named A-Cup, is trying to put Maxxx out of business and steal his idea for a new form of virtual reality porn.
As Joe struggles to navigate this strange new world, he begins to develop complicated relationships with Maxxx, his co-star, and the other cast and crew members. Eventually, he decides that he can no longer continue acting in the porn industry, and he becomes determined to take down Maxxx and A-Cup once and for all. With the help of his girlfriend Lisa and a group of fellow Mormons, Joe sets out to save his soul and make a stand for what he believes in.
