Open Grave is a 2013 horror-thriller directed by Gonzalo López-Gallego. The film follows a man named John (played by Sharlto Copley) who wakes up in a pit full of dead bodies with no memory of who he is or how he got there. As he climbs out of the pit, he stumbles upon a house filled with a group of strangers who claim to have saved him.

John soon discovers that the house's inhabitants are suffering from amnesia, just like him. They all have no memory of their past lives or why they're there. The group of strangers includes Nathan (Thomas Kretschmann), a tall and burly man with a violent past; Lukas (Josie Ho), a scared and paranoid Asian woman, and Michael (Max Wrottesley), a mistrustful Brit who appears to know more than he lets on.

As the group starts to explore their surroundings, they realize that they're trapped in an isolated rural area with no way to escape. They also discover that the area is littered with dead bodies, and they're not alone. An unknown presence is killing the living and collecting their corpses.

John begins to have flashback-like visions of a woman, and he is convinced that he had something to do with her death. He begins to question whether the people who saved him are the killers or if he is the murderer. As tensions rise and paranoia sets in, the group must work together to uncover the truth before they become the next victim.

Open Grave is a tense and atmospheric thriller with a gruesome edge. The film keeps viewers guessing until the very end, with a lot of twists and turns that keep things exciting. The excellent cast, particularly Sharlto Copley, delivers solid performances that make the audience invested in their characters' fates. Overall, Open Grave is a must-watch for fans of twisty horror-thrillers.
