As Shiki continues his plan to create a world where pirates rule, he reveals his ultimate weapon - a massive floating fortress called "Floating Island" that can move around the world freely. With Nami's help, Shiki uses his knowledge of meteorology to control the weather and manipulate the seas to his advantage, making it nearly impossible for the Marines to stop him.
Meanwhile, Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates face off against Shiki's crew of powerful monsters and must use all their strength and cunning to rescue Nami and put a stop to Shiki's plans. Along the way, they also encounter old enemies and new allies, including a mysterious woman named Xiao who has her own reasons for wanting to take down Shiki.
As the final battle draws near, Luffy and Shiki face off in an epic showdown that will determine the fate of the world. With the help of his friends and the power of his Devil Fruit abilities, Luffy must find a way to defeat Shiki and save Nami before it's too late.
