The Thief Brothers, who initially appeared to be foes, eventually ally with the Straw Hat Pirates to help them on their quest. They are skilled thieves who claim to have stolen from the Trump Pirates before, and have knowledge of their base on Clockwork Island.
The Trump Pirates, led by the siblings Mad Treasure and Elizabeth, are known for their advanced technology that enables them to manipulate time. They use this to their advantage to evade their enemies and carry out their thefts. They have a large army of henchmen, as well as a group of skilled fighters known as the Trump Warriors.
When the Straw Hat Pirates arrive at Clockwork Island, they encounter obstacles and traps set by the Trump Pirates, including a maze and a virtual reality room. They also face off against the Trump Warriors in a series of battles, with each of the crew members demonstrating their unique strengths and skills.
Meanwhile, Nami is being held captive by Mad Treasure, who intends to use her knowledge of navigational charts to locate a valuable treasure known as the Pure Gold. Luffy, along with the Thief Brothers, sets out to rescue Nami and take down the Trump Pirates.
In the climax of the movie, the Straw Hat Pirates and the Thief Brothers face off against the Trump Pirates in a final battle. With the help of the Going Merry and a special device that enables them to control time, they are able to overcome the Trump Pirates' technological advantages and emerge victorious. They rescue Nami, reclaim the Going Merry, and retrieve Shank's straw hat, solidifying their bonds and strengthening their resolve to continue on their adventure together.
