One Moment is a heartfelt drama that follows the lives of three middle-aged siblings, Karen, Mark, and David, who are struggling to manage their personal lives while also caring for their aging father, Frank, after the sudden death of their mother.
Karen, the eldest, is a successful businesswoman who is constantly stressed out by her job and strained relationships with her siblings. Mark, the middle child, is a struggling musician who is dealing with a failing marriage and two teenage children. David, the youngest, is a lawyer who is battling his own demons, including a drinking problem.
As they try to come to terms with their grief and adjust to their new reality, the siblings must work together to navigate the challenges of caring for Frank, who is becoming increasingly forgetful and dependent on them. They struggle to balance their own needs and desires with their responsibility to care for their father, often clashing over decisions and dealing with the guilt of feeling like they are never doing enough.
