One Little Finger follows the journey of Dr. D'Amico as she travels to India to learn about the healing power of music through the lens of music therapy. Initially, she struggles to adjust to the culture shock and the challenges of studying a new field, but soon finds that music has a transformative effect on those with disabilities.
One of the people she meets along the way is Rajeev (played by Devansh Doshi), a young man with cerebral palsy who dreams of becoming a musician despite societal barriers. Together, they build a community of people with disabilities who come together to create music and support one another.
