One in the Chamber is a 2012 action-thriller film directed by William Kaufman. The movie follows the story of Ray Carver (played by Cuba Gooding Jr.), an accomplished assassin who is hired to kill two high-ranking members of a Russian mafia organization. As he carries out his mission, he realizes that he is caught in the middle of a bloody gang war between two powerful criminal factions.
Ray decides to play both sides in order to survive and protect his reputation as a deadly assassin. But his clever tactics attract the attention of an unknown enemy, who begins targeting him and those close to him. Ray soon realizes that he is being hunted by a skilled and cunning adversary who anticipates his every move.
As the body count rises, Ray must use all his skills and experience to stay one step ahead of his pursuer and find out who wants him dead. Along the way, he forms a dangerous alliance with Aleksey Andreev (played by Dolph Lundgren), a former Russian military officer turned mafia hitman who has his own agenda.
