In Omen IV: The Awakening, Gene and Karen York adopt a baby girl named Delia after they are unable to conceive a child of their own. Delia appears to be a normal, healthy baby girl, but as she grows up, strange things begin to happen around her. Karen becomes increasingly worried about the circumstances surrounding Delia's birth and hires a private investigator to look into her origins.

As the investigation unfolds, Karen discovers that Delia might be the reincarnation of Damien Thorn, the Antichrist from the previous Omen films. She begins to suspect that everyone around her is part of a conspiracy to protect Delia and further the prophecy of the Antichrist.

As Karen digs deeper, strange accidents continue to happen, and she becomes convinced that Delia is behind them. She is torn between her love for her daughter and her responsibility to stop the prophecy from being fulfilled. In the end, Karen must make a choice that will determine the fate of the world.

Omen IV: The Awakening was released straight to TV in 1991 and starred Faye Grant as Karen York, Michael Woods as Gene York, and Asia Vieira as Delia. The movie was largely panned by critics, but it remains a cult classic among horror fans.
