Mitch, Frank, and Beanie are three middle-aged friends who are dissatisfied with their lives and yearn for the good old days of their youth. In an effort to recapture their glory days, they decide to start a fraternity near their alma mater.
Initially, the fraternity is a huge success, attracting a group of misfits and outcasts who relish in the freedom and wild lifestyle that the fraternity offers. However, they soon run afoul of the university's dean, who is determined to shut them down.
