Office Race follows the story of Tom, an unambitious office worker who spends most of his day trying to avoid work and chatting with his co-workers. His boss, Karen, is an exercise-obsessed, micromanaging workaholic who is constantly pushing her employees to perform better and work harder.
One day, Karen announces that she will be participating in a marathon and encourages all her employees to join her. Tom, who has never been interested in exercise or physical activity in his life, decides to sign up for the marathon to show Karen that he is capable of doing better than her.
With the help of his co-workers, Tom trains for the marathon and works hard to improve his physical fitness. Along the way, he discovers a newfound love for running and pushes himself to the limit to beat Karen in the race.
As the race approaches, tensions rise between Tom and Karen as they both strive to be the first one to cross the finish line. In the end, Tom surpasses all his expectations and manages to beat Karen, proving to himself and his colleagues that anything is possible with hard work and dedication.
