Occupation: Rainfall is a science-fiction action film directed by Luke Sparke. It is the sequel to the 2018 film Occupation, which follows a group of Australian civilians as they fight back against a space invasion.
The film takes place two years after the events of the first film, where the aliens have taken over significant portions of the planet, including Sydney. The survivors, including Matt Simmons (Dan Ewing), Amelia Chambers (Jet Tranter), and Wayne Davis (Temuera Morrison), are determined to resist the alien forces and take back their city.
The film features new characters, including a group of unlikely allies, including an ex-Army sniper (Bruce Spence), a security guard (Trystan Go), and a mysterious traveller (Ken Jeong), who join the resistance to fight against the alien invaders.
