After breaking up with her possessive and abusive ex-boyfriend Blake (played by Travis Burns), Madison (played by Celeste Desjardins) testifies against him for the murder of his previous girlfriend. She moves away to start a new life, but her peaceful existence is shattered when she learns that Blake has escaped from prison and is coming after her.
Blake is determined to find Madison and make her pay for sending him to prison. He stalks her, breaks into her apartment, and leaves creepy messages for her. Madison tries to seek help from the police, but they are unable to protect her as Blake evades capture.
As the danger intensifies, Madison realizes that the only way to protect herself is to face her past and confront Blake head-on. With the help of her new boyfriend (played by Yani Gellman), Madison fights for her life and takes back control from her manipulative ex.
