Obsessed to Death is a romantic comedy movie that follows Cassie, a young woman who is left heartbroken after being ghosted by her boyfriend Austin. Austin falls for her cycling instructor, Summer, leaving Cassie feeling envious and obsessed with Summer.
Cassie becomes fixated on understanding why Summer has everything she doesn't. She begins to stalk Summer by attending all of her cycling classes and even getting a job at the same gym. Cassie starts to copy Summer's lifestyle, from her hairstyle to her outfits, in an attempt to become more like her.
As Cassie's obsession with Summer grows, she starts to lose touch with reality and her own life. She even starts to sabotage Summer's love life by setting her up on disastrous dates with unsuitable men.
Eventually, Cassie realizes that her obsessive behavior is unhealthy and seeks help from a therapist. The movie ends with Cassie learning to let go of her obsession and finding happiness in her own life.
