Observe and Report is a 2009 dark comedy directed by Jody Hill and starring Seth Rogen as Ronnie Barnhardt, a delusional and socially awkward mall security guard who idolizes the police but is constantly undermined by them. When a flasher begins to terrorize the mall, Ronnie sees it as his chance to prove himself and catch the criminal, but his methods become increasingly unconventional and reckless.
