Norm, a polar bear and the king of the Arctic, and his oldest son, Quinn, travel to New York City to receive the key to the city. However, upon their arrival, they realize that the key has been stolen by a group of thieves. Norm and Quinn team up with their friends, including a lemming and a new character, Arturo, a charming and charismatic street-smart city bear, to retrieve the key. The group faces various challenges as they navigate the city and its inhabitants, including encountering a group of evil robotic polar bears. Along the way, Norm also learns the importance of family and teamwork as they work together to save the day and restore peace to the city.
