Nocturnal is a coming-of-age drama film directed by Nathalie Biancheri. The film follows Laurie, a 16-year-old schoolgirl who is cynical towards the world and has trouble connecting with others. She spends most of her time alone, wandering around her neighborhood in Dublin, Ireland.
