No Time to Die is the 25th installment of the James Bond franchise produced by Eon Productions. The film is directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga and co-written by Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, Fukunaga, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
The movie starts with James Bond living a peaceful life in Jamaica, retired from active duty. However, his peaceful life is interrupted when his old friend and CIA agent, Felix Leiter, shows up asking for his help in tracking down a missing scientist, Valdo Obruchev.
Bond agrees to help and soon uncovers a dangerous new technology that has fallen into the wrong hands. The technology involves a virus that could potentially wipe out millions of people.
The villain behind this technology is Safin, a mysterious figure with a personal vendetta against Bond. Safin's plan is to use the virus as a weapon against Spectre, the organization that Bond defeated in the previous movie, Spectre.
As Bond tracks down Safin, his past comes back to haunt him, including the return of his old lover, Madeleine Swann, who holds a vital clue to Safin's plans.
The movie features a star-studded cast including Daniel Craig reprising his role as James Bond, Rami Malek as Safin, Léa Seydoux as Madeleine Swann, Lashana Lynch as Nomi, and Ana de Armas as Paloma.
