Scott Wylde, who is still grieving over the loss of his mentor and father figure, Bruce Lee, travels to Cambodia with the intention of finding his girlfriend, Sulin, who has been taken captive by a group of Russian and Vietnamese troops.
Upon arriving in Cambodia, Scott discovers an underground martial arts tournament that serves as a front for the Russian and Vietnamese troops' illegal activities. Determined to rescue his girlfriend, Scott enters the tournament in the hopes of gaining access to the troops' inner circle.
Throughout the tournament, Scott must battle his way through a series of tough opponents, including a brutal Russian fighter and a deadly Vietnamese assassin. His travels also take him across Cambodia's stunning countryside, where he encounters a group of guerrilla fighters who help him in his quest to save Sulin.
As Scott gets closer to rescuing his girlfriend, he uncovers a sinister plot by the Russians and Vietnamese troops to launch a massive assault on the United States. With time running out, Scott must use all of his martial arts skills and training to stop the terrorists and protect the ones he loves.
