After breaking free from the Ozunu Clan, Raizo goes into hiding and begins plotting his revenge against his former masters. As he carries out his mission, he is pursued by Europol agent Mika Coretti, who is investigating the mysterious deaths of several high-ranking officials around the world. Through her investigation, Mika discovers the existence of the Ozunu Clan and their involvement in the assassinations.
As Raizo continues his quest for vengeance, he is forced to confront his own demons and come to terms with his past.
