In Night Visitor, Derek Rydall (played by Elliott Gould) is a teenager who lives next door to a call girl named Ramada (played by Lisa Lucas). One night, Derek wakes up and witnesses a satanist named Colvin (played by Allen Garfield) murder Ramada in his backyard.
Despite his insistence on what he saw, no one believes Derek's story. The police write it off as a nightmare, and his parents think he's fabricating an excuse for sneaking out of the house. However, Derek becomes convinced that Colvin will strike again and is determined to stop him.
